Mallory is the engagement lead for the 8 agile squads that make up the consumer digital team. She brings a thoughtful and determined outlook to elevating the impact of user-centered design and research in online banking and the mobile app. She is also the Design Studio's accessibility lead and sits on the board for AIGA in Cincinnati as the Director of Accessibility.
